The invention a technical solution in any field and it may be a product (appliances, materials, biotechnological products, etc.) or a method.
- The product implies a system of interconnected elements, machinery, equipment and so on.
- The method assumes a process carried out by a material object.
How to protect the copyright of the invention
In this case, invention can be legally protected if it meets the requirements for inventions and is industrially applicable, that is, can be used in industry, agriculture, healthcare and etc.
The requirements are:
- It is considered a new, technical point of view
- Has an inventive level
- Promotes science and technology advancement
In what case can I obtain a license?
- An inventor or his heirs have the right to obtain a patent. This license can be transmitted in the manner prescribed by law.
- There is a common right to the invention in the case when it has been carried out by more than one person. In that case, the right belongs to all of those persons.
- If the same invention has been made by different people, a patent is granted to the person who submitted the application earlier.
