Preliminary Examination

Expertise essentially

At this stage, it is determined that the invention or utility model meets the patentability requirements.
Publication
If the State Authorized Body clarifies that the application meets all the requirements, they decide to publish the application in the Official Journal and issue a license.

Providing patent

After the publication of an invention in the Official Journal, the next step is to grant a patent. The date of granting the application will be the date of publication of the application.

Denial

If it turns out that the invention does not comply with the requirements, the application will be rejected.
