• An application for certificate to indicate the name of design, the applicant’s data, and the place of residence.
• The application must also contain the description of design, by identifying all the essential features.
• The ergonomic scheme of design is also needed for identifying and understanding the essence of industrial design.
• The payment receipts are also required for industrial design certificate.

After filling in the documents, the application must be submitted to the State Authorized Body, which in this case is the Intellectual Property Agency of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Armenia.
