1. APPLICATION FOR GRANTING PATENT OF ARMENIA

   • Application must include:
     • request for granting patent in armenian language in the form determined by the Regulations on Drawing up and Filing Application for Invention and Utility Model, containing full name(s) of the applicant(s), full name(s) of the author(s) and its(their) country code(s);
     • invention specification, claims, drawings (if necessary) prepared in compliance with the Regulations;
     • document confirming official fee payment for filing application;
     • Power of Attorney in the form provided by the attorney (our form is here).
     • For claiming 12 months priority it is necessary to file (within three months from the filing date):
     • request for priority with reference to filing date and number of the priority document(s) filed in Armenia or another Paris Convention country for the same object (corresponding note may be done in the request for granting patent);
     • copy(ies) of the priority document(s) duly attested by the State Patent Office of the country of its filing;

2. National phase in Armenia of international application filed in accordance with patent cooperation treaty (National phase is to be started not later than 31 months from the priority date)

   Application must include:

   • request for granting patent in the form determined by the Regulations;
   • invention specification, claims, drawings (if necessary) as published or amended;
   • document confirming official fee payment;
   • Power of Attorney in the form provided by the attorney (our form is here));
   • it is desirable to file documents of international phase: Request, International Search Report (forms ISO), International Preliminary Examination Report (forms IPEA), Notification as to amendments etc.
